Receta I.H.O.P.'S Pancakes

Ingredientes
- Nonstick spray
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 x egg
- 1 1/4 c. buttermilk
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 c. veg. oil
- 1 pch salt
Direcciones
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Use a pan with a nonstick surface or possibly apply a little nonstick spray.
- In a blender or possibly with a mixer, combine all of the remaining ingredients till smooth. Pour the batter by spoonfuls into the warm pan, forming 5-inch circles. When the edges appear to harden, flip the pancakes. They should be golden.
- Cook pancakes on the other side for same amount of time, till golden.
- This recipe yields 8 to 10 pancakes.
- Yield: 8 to 10 pancakes
