- 5 x Large eggs Healthy pinch of Salt
- 2 c. Sugar
- 2 pkt Instant pudding mix
- 1 can Evaporated lowfat milk
- 2 quart lowfat milk

- Beat Large eggs well. add in salt. blend in sugar and pudding mix. add in milks. stir well. Pour in container, (plastic works best), store in freezer at least over night. Waah-Laah, you have ice cream.
