Ingredientes
- Duncan Hines Caramel cake mix
- 2 c. Ben and Jerry's Southern Pecan Pie or possibly similar flavored ice cream, melted in refrigerator (1 pint premium brands, maybe more than a pint of economy brands)
- 3 x Large eggs

- Combine all ingredients. Bake in a greased 12 c. Bundt pan at 350 degrees for 38-42 min (up to an hour).
- Top this with:Brown Sugar Caramel Glaze3 tbsp butter or possibly margarine3 tbsp granulated sugar3 tbsp heavy whipping cream3 tbsp packed light brown sugar1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Place everything in medium sized sauce pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring. Let boil 1 minute. Spoon over cake. The Cake Mix Doctor by Anne Byrn Try chocolate or possibly cherry ice cream with chocolate or possibly cherry cake mix.
- Pistachio ice cream is good with lemon, orange, or possibly pineapple cake mix. Do not forget coffee flavored ice cream. Rum raisin ice cream with carrot cake mix is a good combination.
