- 1 c. Mint leaves, tightly packed
- 2 Tbsp. Finely minced Jalapen o peppers
- 2 Tbsp. Finely minced onion
- 1/2 tsp Finely minced fresh ginger
- 4 tsp Lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. Almond butter Salt to taste
