Receta Irish Potato Candy
Ingredientes
- 1 sm. Irish potato, cooked & liquid removed
- 1 sm. jar peanut butter, creamy
- 1 box confectioners sugar
Direcciones
- Mix potato and sugar well. Roll on wax paper. Spread peanut butter over potato mix and roll up like jelly roll. Refrigerate for a couple hrs, slice thin and serve.
