  • Box Jello, Island pineapple flavor
  • 8 1/4 ounce can Pineapple tidbits, in own juice, save juice
  • 6 x -8 ounce tub Cold Whip (I used Fat Free) c Fresh strawberries, sliced /4 c Shredded coconut Strawberry slices for garnish Shredded Coconut for garnish]

Direcciones

  1. Mix jello in 1 c. boiling water, per package instructions. For cool water, drain pineapple juice into measuring c. and then add in 7-UP to make 3/4 c. liquid. Blend with jello and warm water. Refrigeratetill mix looks like jelly. Remove from fridge and add in pineapple tidbits and cold whip, blending well. Mix in strawberry slices and coconut. Spoon into dessert glasses and garnish with shredded coconut and 2 strawberry slices stuck into side of glass. The hubby said this tasted a lot like sherbert. If desired kiwi, slices of kiwi could also be used as a garnish or possibly in the jello itself.
