Receta Italian Codfish
Ingredientes
- 1 pound codfish fillets
- 1 8 ounce. can Italian stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 yellow onion
- mild extra virgin olive oil
- paprika
Direcciones
- Thinly slice onion. Chop green onion into small cubes; place onion slices into a a shallow, square casserole dish.
- Place pepper cubes on top of onion slices. Drizzle a small amount of extra virgin olive oil over onion and peppers.
