Receta Italian Fried Dough (Zeppoli)

Ingredientes
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tsp baking pwdr
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 pound ricotta cheese
Direcciones
- Mix all together well. Drop by tbsp into hot oil (deep fryer or possibly in large pot) 350°F degrees. Cook till light brown, but you may need to roll them so they cook evenly in the oil.Roll in powdered sugar. To me, these taste like the funnel cakes found at carnivals.
