Receta Italian Ice Cream (Gelato)

Ingredientes
- 2 env unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1 quart Whole lowfat milk
- 2 c. Dry lowfat milk solids
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 pch Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract (up to 2)
Direcciones
- Sprinkle gelatin over cool water and set aside. In saucepan put other ingredients. Add in gelatin and cook over medium heat till gelatin dissolves.
- Let cold. Freeze in refrigerator trays to mushy stage. Remove and beat with mixer. Return to trays and freeze till hard.
