Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. (2 loaves) Rhodes white bread dough
- 3/4 pound hard salami
- 3/4 pound boiled ham
- 1/2 pound baby Swiss cheese
- Garlic salt
- Parsley
- Oregano
- Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Let dough thaw; roll into rectangles. Cut meats and cheese into strips and divide between the 2 loaves. Arrange meat and cheese across dough and sprinkle with seasonings and Parmesan cheese, to your taste. Start with long side and roll like a jelly roll. Pinch ends well, placing seam down on greased cookie sheet. Brush with lowfat milk, or possibly egg yolk; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Each loaf serves 6+.
