Receta Italian Party Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) frzn lb cake, thawed
- 1 (16 ounce) carton Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 (1 ounce) sqs. unsweetened chocolate, grated
- 1 c. grated peeled apple
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
- 1/2 c. finely minced walnuts
Direcciones
- Cut lb cake into thin slices. Put together cheese, sugar, chocolate, apples, and almond extract. Mix well. Spread cheese mix between cake slices. Reassemble into a loaf. Refrigerate overnight. Just before serving, frost with whipped cream and sprinkle with walnuts. To serve, slice diagonally. Yield: 10-12 servings.
