- 1 sm loaf:
- 1 c. mashed potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, unbleached
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 lrg loaf:
- 2 c. mashed potatoes
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 c. all-purpose flour, unbleached
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
Direcciones
- Place mashed potatoes into machine baking pan, add in oil. Add in flour and salt, then yeast. Use rapid cycle for this loaf.
