Receta Italian Style Lentil Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 lrg onion, diced
- 4 x cloves garlic, minced or possibly pressed
- 2 quart water
- 1/2 c. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1 can Italian-style diced tomatoes
- 1 lb lentils Salt, to taste
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onions and garlic in extra virgin olive oil for 2-3 min in a large soup pot. Add in all remaining ingredients and simmer for 2-3 hrs. Accompany with fresh Italian bread.
