Receta Jalapeno Cheese Dip

Ingredientes
- 3 lbs. warm Mexican Velveeta
- 1/2 pound American or possibly Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 pound Swiss cheese, grated
- 2 cans Rotel tomatoes and green chiles
- 2 cans warm salsa of your choice
- Sliced jalapenos, optional
- 1 pt. half-n-half
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1 sm. mild onion
Direcciones
- Heat Velveeta in slow cooker on low heat. Add in grated Swiss and American (or possibly Cheddar) cheese. Add in 1/2 cup half-n-half.Dice onion; brown onion in butter. Add in onion to cheese mix. When cheese mix is melted, add in Rotel, salsa, and jalapenos (optional). Add in half-n-half as needed to keep dip creamy.
