Receta Jalapeno Corn Bread

Ingredientes
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1/2 c. minced jalapeno peppers
- 1 c. creamed corn
- 3 c. corn bread mix
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 3 teaspoon sugar
Direcciones
- Beat large eggs. Add in salad oil, lowfat milk, onion, peppers and corn. Mix together, then add in corn bread mix, garlic pwdr and sugar. Pour into oiled pans. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups grated Longhorn cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min.
