- 1 doz large shrimp peeled, deveined
- 1 tsp dry thyme
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp curry pwdr
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp dry sage
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 3/4 tsp grnd allspice
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 2 tsp canola oil
- 1/4 tsp grnd nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp grnd cloves
- 1 lrg garlic clove chopped
Direcciones
- Combine the Jerk Seasoning in a large bowl. (
- Makes about 2 c.)
- Toss the shrimp in the bowl to coat well. Then grill. Serve warm.
