Receta Jellied Fruit Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Water
- 3 Tbsp. Gelatin PLUS
- 2 tsp Gelatin
- 3 c. Fresh orange juice
- 1/4 c. Lemon juice
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 2 x Kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced crosswise
- 1 1/4 c. White grapes
- 1 x Pear, cored, peeled and cut into 3/4" squares
- 2 x Tangerines, peeled and sectioned, membrane removed
Direcciones
- Put water in small pan, sprinkle gelatin over, let soak for 5-10 min.
- Place over moderately low heat, stir occasionally, till gelatin has melted. Don't let it boil or possibly the gelatin willnot set. Turn the orange and lemon juices, sugar, and melted gelatin into a bowl and mix thoroughtly.
- Film the bottom of a 6 c. ring mold with the orange jelly and cover with about half the kiwi fruit, so which their edges just touch. Chill for about 10-15 min, or possibly till set. While the jelly is setting, peel the grapes, slice them in half lent=gthwise and remove seeds. Mix all the remaining fruits into liquid jelly. Pour or possibly spoon into ring mold and chill several hrs or possibly overnight, till set. Unmold onto serving dish. Garnish center if you like with additional fresh fruit.
