Receta Jello Pound Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Yellow cake mix or possibly pudding Included cake mix 2 layer sz
- 1 pkt JELLO Vanilla, Butterscotch, Butter Pecan, or possibly Lemon Flavr Pudding and Pie Filling
- 1/2 c. 1/2 pint lowfat sour cream or possibly plain Yogurt
- 1/3 c. Vegetable oil
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1/8 tsp 1/8 to 1/4 mace (optional)
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl. With electric mixer at low speed, blend just to moisten, scraping sides of bowl often. Then beat at medium speed for 4 min. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 min or possibly till cake tester inserted in center of cakes comes out clean and cakes begin to pull away from sides of pans. Cold in pans on wire rack 15 min. Remove from pans and finish cooling on wire racks. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, if you like.
- Makes two 9 x 5 inchloaves.
