Ingredientes
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. jelly or possibly jam
Direcciones
- Sift dry ingredients. Mix oil, egg, and lowfat milk. Add in to dry ingredients. Stir till moistened. Batter will be lumpy.Fill greased muffin cups half full. Place 1 tsp jelly on each. Add in sufficient batter to fill 2/3 full.
- Bake 20-25 min at 400 degrees. Makes 12 muffins.
