- 4 med sized carrot
- 1 lrg piece jicama root
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 pch sugar
- 2 pch cumin
- 2 pch basil
- 1 pch salt
- 1 pch pepper
- 1/2 x orange
- 1/2 x lime
Direcciones
- Cut carrots and jicama into match stick sized pcs.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Mix thoroughly and place in refrigerator for a half hour.
