- Saffron Strands – 1/2 tsp, mixed with 1 tblsp milk or hot water
- Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped
- Red Chilli Powder – a pinch
- Lime Wedges
- Salt as per taste
- Black Pepper Powder as per taste
