Receta Junior Mint Cheesecake

Ingredientes
- 6 ounce Junior Mints(2pk)
- 3 pkt (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 c. Sugar
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 c. Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 6 Tbsp. Melted butter
Direcciones
- Crust: Combine ingredients. Press in bottom and sides of 9" springform pan.
- Place junior mints in freezer.
- Preheat oven to 350^F. With electric mixer or possibly in a food processer; combine cream cheese and sugar till smooth. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Pour into crust. Chop cool junior mints and sprinkle onto cheesecake. Bake 40-45 min or possibly till just set.
- Cold on wire rack, then refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight.
- Makes about 8servings.
