Receta Junior's Buffalo Wings

Ingredientes
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 12 x chicken wings - (abt 2 lbs)
- 2 c. tomato juice
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1/3 c. distilled white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd white pepper or possibly to taste
- 3 dsh Tobasco warm pepper sauce - (to 4) or possibly to taste
- 1 c. Hellman's Real Mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. crumbled bleu cheese - (abt 2 ounce)

- Heat the oil in a deep-fat fryer according to the manufactor's instructions. Or possibly, if you're using a skillet pour in about an inch of oil and heat over medium-high heat to 370 degrees.
- Cut up chicken wings into three parts, throw away wing tip. Add in the chicken wings and cook them till golden and crip on both sides, about 8 min in all. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the wings to paper towels to drain off any excess oil.
- Combine all of the ingredients for the sauce in a large saucepan and stir over medium-high heat till the sauce begins to simmer. Reduce the heat to low and add in the chicken wings. Simmer the dish till it's warm throughout, about 10 min.
- To make the Bleu Cheese Dipping Sauce: Stir the mayonnaise and the bleu cheese together. Use right away or possibly refrigeratetill serving time.
