Receta Kahlua Fudge

Ingredientes
- 1 1/3 c. Sugar
- 7 ounce Marshmallow creme
- 2/3 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 1/4 c. Kahlua
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 c. Semi-sweet chocolate pcs
- 1 c. Lowfat milk chocolate pcs
- 2/3 c. Minced nuts
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Direcciones
- Line 8-inch square baking pan with foil. In 2-qt saucepan, combine sugar, marshmallow creme, lowfat milk, butter, Kahlua and salt. Bring to a rapid boil, stirring constantly for 5 min. Remove from heat; add in all chocolate. Stir till melted. Add in nuts and vanilla. Turn into prepared pan.
- Chill till hard. To serve, cut in squares. Make about 2-3/4 pounds.
