Receta Kielbasa Sausage With Spiced Sauerkraut

Ingredientes
- 1 lrg onion diced
- 1 can sauerkraut (16-oz)
- 1 c. dry white wine
- 2 x bay leaves
- 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
- 6 x peppercorns
- 1 lb Kielbasa sausage sliced
Direcciones
- Combine onion, sauerkraut, wine, bay leaves, caraway seeds and peppercorns
- in heavy large saucepan. Cover and simmer mix 30 min. Add in sausage and simmer 20 min. Throw away bay leaves and serve.
- Serves 4.
