Receta Kiwi Fruit And Shrimp Saute

Ingredientes
- 3 x Kiwi fruits
- 2 x -(up to)
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 3/4 c. Prosciutto or possibly thinly sliced sandwich ham, cut into thin strips
- 3 x Shallots, finely minced
- 1/4 x -(up to)
- 1/3 tsp Chili pwdr
- 3/4 c. Dry white wine
Direcciones
- Peel kiwi. Reserve 4 slices for garnish and chop remaining fruit. In a heavy skillet or possibly wok, heat oil. Toss shrimp in flour and saute/fry 30 seconds.
- Add in Prosciutto, shallots and chili pwdr. Saute/fry another 30 seconds. Add in the minced kiwi and saute/fry 30 seconds. Add in wine and reduce by half . Serve immediately.
- Yield: 4 servings.
