Receta Kolacky (Slovak Nut Rolls)

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. sweet cream or possibly evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 cake yeast
- 1 T sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 pound butter
- 3 egg yolks
- Filling - apricots, nuts or possibly poppy seed
Direcciones
- Put together first 3 ingredients and let stand 5 min. Mix the next 3 ingredients (flour, butter and egg yolks). Add in yeast mix and work with hands till dough is not sticky.Roll thin, 1 small piece at a time. Fill and roll. Put on a cookie sheet and set aside for about 20 min in a warm place. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 min.
