Receta Kulikuli (Peanut Balls)

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Roasted peanuts
- 1/4 c. Peanut oil, or possibly to taste
- 1 sm Onion, finely minced
- 1 tsp Cayenne
- 1 tsp Salt Oil for frying
Direcciones
- Grind or possibly lb. the nuts adding just sufficient oil to make a smooth paste. With wet hands, squeeze the mix to remove any excess oil.
- Saute/fry the onions, cayenne & salt in a Tbsp. of oil till golden brown.
- Knead into the nut paste. Shape into 1" diameter balls adding a few drops of water if necessary to make them hold together. Drop the balls into warm oil or possibly flatten & fry in a skillet. Cook for 2 to 3 min till the outsides are crisp.
