Ingredients: 2 pkt lady fingers; 3/4 c. confectioners sugar; 1 pt heavy cream; 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar; 1 can blueberry pie filling or possibly any other fruit; 12 ounce cream cheese

Ingredientes

2 pkt lady fingers
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 pt heavy cream
1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 can blueberry pie filling or possibly any other fruit
12 ounce cream cheese

Direcciones

In spring form pan, place fingers along the sides and on bottom of pan.
Mix together cream cheese and confectioners sugar. Whip at medium speed, set aside.
In another bowl, put heavy cream and granulated sugar. Whip till it makes whipped cream. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mix.
Place half of filling over lady fingers in pan. Add in another layer of lady fingers over filling. Put rest of filling over top of 2nd layer.
Pour can of fruit over filling and chill.
NOTES : I just tried this recipe yesterday and loved it. It is so light and airy. Nice for the summer.
