Ingredientes

3 lb Diced chuck beef
3 x Diced medium potatoes
3 x Diced med. yellow onions
1 can Mild Jalapeno peppers, sliced
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
3 tsp Lahuna chili

Direcciones

Sear beef cubes in t 2bs corn oil in skillet and then add in with the green pepper to a qt of boiling water in a 4 qt pot. Simmer for one hour.
Add in diced potatoes, onions, cumin, salt, pepper and chili. Simmer 30-40 min more or possibly till potatoes are tender.
