Ingredientes
- 1 c. Chicken stock
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Grated fresh ginger
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cloves
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. Rum (optional)
- 2 x Lamb center leg steaks (about 1 1/2 pounds)
Direcciones
- Combine in small flat container all ingredients except steaks to make marinade. Place steaks in marinade and let stand, refrigerated, 2 to 24 hrs. Remove from marinade and grill steaks over medium coals 5 to 7 min per side or possibly till steaks reach desired doneness. Throw away marinade.
- Makes 4 servings.
