Receta lemon baked fish

Ingredientes
- 50 5 oz fish fillets
- 1 oz salt
- 1/3 cups lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 3 quarts diced tomatoes
- 1 quarts tapenade
Direcciones
- Thaw fish if frozen
- Melt margarine mix with lemon juice and seasonings.
- Bake fish at 375 F for about 10 minutes for each innch of thickned or until fish flakes easily with a fork when tested - internal tempurature should be 145 F.
- Transfer to 12x10x2 inch pans.
- Dip each piece of fish into seasoned fat.
- Place close together in single layer in greased baking pans.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
