Receta Lemon Bars

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt graham crackers.
- 1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 c. coconut
- 2 x lemons (juice of 2, rind of 1)
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter Lowfat milk (about 1 tbsp.)
Direcciones
- Line a 9x13 pan with whole graham crackers.
- Mix together:Sweetened condensed lowfat milk, coconut, Juice of 2 lemons and rind of one.
- Spread above mix on graham crackers then top with whole graham crackers.
- Frost with icing:Beat til texture is right for spreading.
