Receta Lemon Berry Tart
Use blueberries, mixed berries (except strawberries) for this breakfast or brunch tart.
Peaches work, too.
Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 sticks soft butter
- 1 C fresh berries, rinsed and dried on paper towels
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 1 C AP flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- zest and juice of 1 lemon
- garnish: powdered sugar
Direcciones
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Sprinkle berries on the bottom of a 9" pie plate.
- Combo all the ingredients and pour over berries.
- Bake 40-45 Minutes.
- Remove and let cool.
- Sprinkle on powdered sugar.
