- 3 1/4 cups to 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups fresh blueberries, optional
- Frosting:
- 2 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons freshly grated lemon peel
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
