Ingredientes
- 1 x 10" angel food cake
- 1 x 3 1/2 ounce package instant lemon pudding
- 1/2 c. cool lowfat milk
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 x 21-ounce can cherry or possibly strawberry pie filling
Direcciones
- 1. Tear angel food cake into bite-size pcs and place in a 13x9-inch pan.
- 2. Combine pudding mix , lowfat milk and lowfat sour cream, and beat till thickened, about 2 min.
- 3. Spread pudding over cake, spoon pie filling on top, and refrigeratetill ready to serve.
- Yields 12 to 16 servings.
