  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon peel, grated
  • 2 tsp Black pepper, coarsely grnd
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 clv garlic, chopped
  • 2 lb Round steak,1/4-in. thick

Direcciones

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Prepare lemon butter: In small bowl, mix butter, grated lemon peel, pepper, salt, and garlic till mix is smooth and well blended.
  3. Place steak on rack in broiling pan; spread with half of lemon butter. Place in broiler at closest position to heat; broil 8 min. With tongs, turn steak; spread with remaining lemon butter. Broil about 8 min longer for medium-rare, or possibly till desired doneness. To serve, transfer steak to cutting board. Let stand 10 min; keep hot. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
  4. Serves 8 main-dish servings
