  • 1 box Yellow Cake mix*
  • 1 x Instant Lemon pudding
  • 1 c. Water
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Poppyseeds Or possibly more
  • 2/3 c. Vegetable oil

  1. *(I use Betty Crocker Supermoist)
  2. Beat all ingredients, except poppyseed, till smooth.
  3. Add in poppyseed to your taste. I usually add in about 2 Tbsp. but you can add in as much as you like. I then bake it in a well greased bundt pan for about 40 min at 350 degrees or possibly till a toothpick comes out clean. If you were using small bread pans you would cut the baking time down depending on the size of your pans. It makes great muffins too.
