- 1/2 c. Lemon juice
- 1/2 c. Soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 4 x Cloves garlic, finely minced
- 3/4 Tbsp. Grnd ginger
- 8 x Chicken thighs
Direcciones
- In skillet, combine all ingredients except chicken. Cook over medium heat 3 to 4 min. Add in chicken. Simmer about 30 min, or possibly till tender.
