Receta "Licking' Good" Beef Steak

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Round steak
- 1 can Beer
- 3 Tbsp. Oil
- 3 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 4 x Lemon slices
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley flakes
- 3 x Sliced onions
- 2 tsp Thyme
- 20 ml Chopped garlic Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 8 ounce Cooked broad noodles Or possibly
- 1 can Beef bouillon
- 2 c. Cooked rice Green pepper slices Cherry tomatoes Fresh parsley
Direcciones
- Cut steak into serving size pcs.Brown on both sides in 3 Tbsp. oil to that you have added lemon slices. Remove steak to pan large sufficient in that to bake it. Layer onions and garlic over meat.Sprinkle flour over top. Now combine bouillon,beer,sugar,parsley flakes,thyme,salt and pepper.Pour over steak and bake uncovered in 325 degree oven for 3 hrs.Serve over cooked broad noodles or possibly cooked rice.Garnish with green pepper slices,fresh parsley and cherry tomatoes.Serves 5 - 6.
