Receta Light salad of pineapple and chicken
Who said that light is synonymous with bland? One of my favorite salads is the one with chicken and pineapple, as well as being quick to prepare, like even the most discerning palates, despite the more they approach a bit 'skeptical to a combination meat-fruit-yoghurt.
