Receta Lima Beans With Corn And Okra

Ingredientes
- 1 whl onion minced
- 3 whl cloves
- 1 whl green bell pepper diced
- 2 c. tomatoes diced
- 4 c. vegetable stock
- 1 c. cooked lima beans
- 1 c. fresh corn kernels or possibly frzn
- 1 1/2 c. sliced okra
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp allspice
Direcciones
- Saute/fry the onion and green pepper with the cloves in water till soft.
- Remove the cloves. Put all ingredients in a slow cooker on high for 6 hrs or possibly low for 8-10 hrs.
- Pretty simple! It's nice to come home at the end of the day and have everything ready. I did the lima beans in the slow cooker the night before so all I had to do was add in everything else to them.
