Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. Lime peel, grated
- 1 Tbsp. Lime juice
- 1/2 Tbsp. Warm pepper sauce
- 4 x Chicken Breasts Without Skin
- 1/3 c. Vegetable oil
- 4 c. Lettuce, shredded
Direcciones
- Combine soy sauce lime peel, juice, pepper sauce. Pour 2 Tbsp. over chicken in a large plastic bag. Press air out of bag; close top securely; turn bag over to coat.
- Chill 30 min; turn bag over occasionally.
- Meanwhile, blend remaining sauce mix with oil in small bowl with fork. Line platter with lettuce.
- Remove chicken from marinade and broil 7 min or possibly each side; Arrange over lettuce. Serve with remaining dressing.
