Receta Lime Cheesecake Ice Cream

Ingredientes
- 3 x egg, yolks only
- 80 gm /3oz caster sugar
- 1 tub cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. lime curd
- 150 ml /5fl ounce double cream
- 150 ml /5fl ounce whole lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Mix the egg yolks with the caster sugar and the cream cheese till smooth. Then add in the lime, lowfat milk and cream and mix well till the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Churn in an ice cream maker for 20 min then place in a container in the freezer till needed.
