Receta Lime Cilantro Marinade

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. Fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp Coarsely grated lime peel
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 20 ml Garlic -- chopped
- 1/3 c. Minced fresh cilantro
- 1 1/2 tsp Warm pepper sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp Dry oregano
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Coarsely grnd black Pepper
Direcciones
- In a large, shallow glass baking dish, combine ingredients. Chill unused marinade up to several days.
- Uses: As a marinade for chicken, steaks, fish or possibly shrimp (sufficient for about 2 pounds). Marinate at least 30 min. Baste with leftover marinade. If cooking in the oven, serve with pan drippings.
