Receta Lime Ginger Vinaigrette

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 1/2 tsp ginger chopped
- 1 tsp coriander seed crushed
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce (Vietnamese) (nuoc mam)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh basil minced
- 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro minced
- 1/3 c. Canola oil Salt and grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Mix first 3 ingredients in small bowl; let stand for 15 min.
- Whisk in next 4 ingredients, then the oil. Season to taste with sale and pepper. Let stand for 1 hour before serving.
