Receta Lime Jello Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 (3 ounce) pkg. lime or possibly lemon Jello
- 1 (16 ounce) sm. curd cottage cheese
- 3 med. carrots
- 1 med. onion
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. Miracle Whip
- 1 green pepper
- Dash of salt, pepper, celery salt
Direcciones
- Dissolve Jello in water and set aside. Grind carrots, peppers and onions. Add in Miracle Whip and cottage cheese to cooled Jello. Beat with hand mixer or possibly whip. Add in carrots, pepper and onion. Beat again and add in salt, pepper and celery salt. Stir. Chill till thickened.
