Ingredientes
- 1 gal. tomatoes, measure after putting through blender
- 2-3 onions, minced
- 1 (12-16 ounce) can green chilies
- 4-5 jalapeno peppers, minced fine
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/4 c. salt
- Small bottle ketchup
- 1/2 c. vinegar
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients and cook 40-45 min, stirring occasionally. Pour into sterilized canning jars and seal. Cool away from draft.
