Ingredientes
- 1 green pepper, cut up
- 1 lg. onion, cut up
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Basil
- Liver
- 1 egg
- Bread crumbs
- 1 c. red wine
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 tbsp. butter
Direcciones
- Saute/fry pepper, garlic, onions, oregano, basil in 1/4 c. oil. Remove with slotted spoon, put aside. Dip liver in egg, and bread crumbs. Lightly brown on one side. Turn over then put other ingredients back. Pour wine and let simmer 5 min.
