Receta Liver With Gravy

Ingredientes
- 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. liver
- 1/2 to 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Heat a small amount of oil in frying pan. Brown each side of liver. Mix warm water an flour and add in to pan. For more gravy, double amounts of flour and water. Add in onions and bouillon cube. Stir. Simmer till done. Serve with mashed potatoes.
